We take care of all of our shears from customers at the original workplace where we manufactured your shears to ensure the quality level.

If the stock is in your region(i.e. US), it takes 3-5 business days.

If the stock is only in South Korea, then it takes 5-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

All orders will be delivered with either Fedex or EMS express.

Terrible Customer Service. No item received.

I rarely leave bad reviews but something weird is going on here. I ordered the left handed VG10 thinners on 5/3 and received an automated e-mail saying the order was received and the 405$ was removed from my bank. Absolutely no updates after that despite the website saying it was in stock when I purchased and still says they are in stock. I reached out simply for a timeline or explanation why it's been 2 weeks and they haven't shipped. No response. Reached out on Instagram. Message left unread. E-mailed again. No response. I'm not demanding it be shipped or a refund - I just wanted to know what was happening since these are pretty expensive and didn't want to feel like 405$ was just blown away in the wind. I begged them to even acknowledge me without any information - just to let me know if there is even a human on the other end of this. Nothing. It's so odd. Now I have to file a dispute with my bank because who really knows if and when these shears will be shipped? There's other sellers who can take my money with actual customer service and timely processing. At this point, it's not even about processing or ship time which wouldn't have been an issue if they would just show they even cared about their customers. This company's lack of communication is SO WEIRD. Anyway - I'd shop somewhere else unless you want to potentially have to hunt down hundreds of your hard earned dollars that are floating in the aether.
