Do I need to dilute it?
No. All Harzly shampoos are ready to use straight from the bottle or pouch.
Do I need a separate conditioner?
No. The formula is all-in-one. Adding a rinse-out conditioner can reduce volume.
How far does one bottle go?
Roughly 20–30 washes on a 5kg dog.
Is a pump included with refills?
No. The 2.5L pouches are refills for the 650ml pump bottle.
